Legendary talk show host, Rush Limbaugh, passed away this morning after a long bout with lung cancer. Highly popular, he had many, many radio and internet followers and maybe just as many haters. But the fact remains that he invigorated talk radio in the ’80’s when the talk format wasn’t even cool. Despite the numerous obstacles and criticisms that he encountered over his long career, he persevered and became a highly successful broadcaster and entrepreneur.
Thank you for challenging and inspiring us Mr. Limbaugh. We will truly miss you and trust that you’re in a much, much better place now.
