The Final Four teams are set and though the semi-final games and the championship game have yet to be played, the 2023 Renaud Family Four Final 4 game is over. Fittingly #2 seed Texas’ loss today to the #5 seed Miami Hurricanes was the last piece of the puzzle required by our new champ. Congratulations to Justin Renaud who sits alone at the top! 2023 will certainly go down as one of the crazier tournaments and for us, the earliest that we’ve been able to crown a winner.
This is Justin’s second loving cup trophy, and maybe the sweetest, as he professed to spending the least amount of time researching the teams for this year’s tourney. Jim gets the distinction of making the most correct picks this year with 36, though quite short on points. Proving again that picking favorites isn’t enough to be the Champion.
