Off to the Sweet 16 we go! Sunday’s eight games delivered two mild upsets with Michigan State (7) ending Marquette’s (2) hopes and Creighton (6) sending Baylor (3) packing. Our pickers didn’t have the best of days, but eight people managed to get four of the games right; Brittney, James, Jonathan, Bill, Joe, Josh, Joseph and Keaton. Check the correct picks table for those details. This tourney has certainly proved to be a head-scratcher.
In the all-important points race for the bragging rights, things didn’t change much. Josie maintains a slim lead over Justin, with Joseph, Ludi and Brittney a bit back of them. The majority of these are staking their futures on the lone #1 seed left in the tourney, the University of Houston. If UH does not advance, things will be very interesting to say the least. So we wait until this Thursday 3/23 to see who moves on and which of us guessed those correctly.
